IT Systems Administrator

As the System Administrator for the SLS environment, your role is crucial in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the system. Your responsibilities include: - Efficiently managing and prioritizing IT service requests and incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Implementing and maintaining ITIL best practices for service management to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - Overseeing the installation and configuration of new software, hardware, network, and cloud infrastructure to support business needs. - Continuously monitoring system performance to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Managing Active Directory servers, security groups, and group policy development and deployment. - Overseeing user account management and asset assignments with appropriate security permissions on the network. - Performing any other duties as assigned to support the IT department and organizational goals.
