IT Support Trainee

Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for IT which are aligned with Radisson’s overall mission, vision values, and strategies
Troubleshoots and provides technical support § Trains managers and staff on use of hotel applications § Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve IT issues § Schedules and shares timing/impact of changes with appropriate hotel staff § Maintains hotel user accounts in Opera, Connect, Radisson Learning Network, and other hotel applications Maintains availability and security of networks throughout the hotel § Monitors wireless network for hotel guests and employees § Keeps networks compliant with corporate guidelines § Maintains network security Stays current on technical updates and changes to hotel utilized applications § Attends training and certification updates to hotel applications § Reviews updates provided by software and hardware vendors § Relays important information and timing of new releases, system repairs, and downtime Establishes and maintains IT vendor relationships § Work with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues § Periodically submit requests for proposals (RFP) to new and existing vendors for IT-related supplies and services INDHOTEL
