We provide pure-play cybersecurity services in all major domains which includes VAPT, Vulnerability assessments, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Cloud Security, SCADA, IOT Security assessments, Various compliance services viz ISO27001, ISO 27701, RBI, SEBI, UIDAI, CISA, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, PCI etc.Job Title: IT Support Executive / IT Support Engineer Location: Gurgaon, India Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated IT Support professional (Fresher or Experienced) to assist in day-to-day technical operations. The candidate will provide support for hardware, software, networking, and office equipment to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: ∙Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide technical assistance. ∙Answer employee questions regarding computer systems and software. ∙Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems. ∙Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. ∙Generate sign-ins and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process. ∙Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed. ∙Update employees on the status of their service requests. ∙Log all service requests and update tickets as required. ∙Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, projectors, and Smart TVs. ∙Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems. ∙Assist in setting up and managing meeting room equipment, including Smart TVs and video conferencing systems. ∙Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements of hardware. ∙Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: ∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ∙Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office productivity software, and networking concepts. ∙Good problem-solving and communication skills. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, and network issues. Working Conditions: - On-site presence required to resolve issues.
