The candidate will provide support for hardware, software, networking, and office equipment to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: ∙Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide technical assistance. ∙Answer employee questions regarding computer systems and software. ∙Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems. ∙Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. ∙Generate sign-ins and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process. ∙Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed. ∙Update employees on the status of their service requests. ∙Log all service requests and update tickets as required. ∙Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, projectors, and Smart TVs. ∙Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems. ∙Assist in setting up and managing meeting room equipment, including Smart TVs and video conferencing systems. ∙Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements of hardware. ∙Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: ∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ∙Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office productivity software, and networking concepts. ∙Good problem-solving and communication skills. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, and network issues. Working Conditions: - On-site presence required to resolve issues.
