Job Description

IT Support Executive

 

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.

  • Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.

  • Set up new user accounts and profiles in Active Directory and manage access permissions.

  • Support remote users with VPN, email, and connectivity issues.

  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.

  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols.
