Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer with a CCL Certificate. You will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and providing timely technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults efficiently.
• Monitor and manage LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure data security through backups, antivirus updates, and system monitoring.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
• Offer remote and onsite support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CCL Certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs
• Understanding of IT service management tools and system administration
• Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Prior experience in IT support or system administration is a plus
