Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT engineer to support and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting thus ensuring seamless connectivity and system performance across all departments across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have very good knowledge of hardware and software side for windows and intel platform and environment.
• Installation and maintenance of Desktop, laptop, printer, network devices like switch and Wi-Fi access point.
• Should have detailed knowledge and hands-on experience on windows platform including server OS. (OS installation and configuration)
• Installation, maintenance and configuration of software and applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshooting system issues within designated timeframe.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skill.
• Monitoring and maintaining windows updates, security updates, driver update on the system.
• Excellent problem solving skill and multi-tasking skills.
• Should have basic knowledge of networking fundamental like Network topology, VLAN and can troubleshoot network related issues.
• Asset management, documentation and record keeping of any changes made in system.
• Knowledge transfer, guidance or training to users for any software or application.
• Proven experience as computer technician or similar role
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Very good communication abilities
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
• MCA/MCA OR graduation in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA/CCNP) will be an advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information System or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
