Job Description

As an IT Service Continuity Management professional with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration, and possessing analytical abilities - Showcasing strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively - Having deep expertise in 1 or 2 technology stacks and the capability to quickly adapt to new technologies - Providing guidance and coaching to a team of Engineers or other Service Management Staff - Analyzing solutions and processes, and proposing simplification methods - Enhancing team operational practices by integrating best practices - Successfully launching new features or re-architecting existing ones, while maintaining a balance between technology and business value - Utilizing extensive service management, scripting, packaging tools, or programming knowledge in various software languages - Demonstrating proficiency in object-oriented design and analysis, along with strong analytical and reasoning skills to visualize processes and outcomes - Developing test plans and implementing quality assurance procedures - Recommending changes in policies and procedures to enhance efficiency - Having awareness of Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.,
