IT Security Engineer

As a Security Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying secure systems to safeguard the organization against cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and deploying secure systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection solutions. - Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to enhance the overall security posture. - Monitoring network and system logs to proactively detect suspicious activities and potential security threats. - Responding to and mitigating security incidents, including malware outbreaks, phishing attacks, and DDoS threats. - Conducting root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to prevent future security breaches. - Performing regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing to identify and address security gaps. - Educating employees on cybersecurity best practices to promote a security-conscious culture. - Developing and implementing training programs for phishing simulations and awareness campaigns. - Managing security audits and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders. - Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating security-related information. - Ensuring the security of servers, applications, and networks by enforcing robust security configurations. - Managing patch management processes to keep systems up-to-date. Additionally, the company operates on a Full-time, Permanent basis with a work schedule consisting of Day and Morning shifts. The work location is in person. Thank you.
