IT Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying potential customers and new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Needs Analysis:Understanding client requirements and business challenges to offer suitable technology solutions.
• Sales Presentations and Demos:Presenting and demonstrating IT products, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
• Technical Guidance:Explaining complex technical features and functionalities of products and services to customers.
• Contract Negotiation:Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts to close sales.
• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• After-Sales Support:Providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or issues.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Knowledge:A strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends is crucial for advising clients effectively.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:Proficiency in pitching, persuading, and negotiating to achieve sales targets.
• Communication Skills:The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
• Market Awareness:Keeping up-to-date with new technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• CRM Management:Maintaining records of sales activities and customer information in a CRM system.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
