Job Description

Job Overview:

Business Development Manager (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across industries.
Pitch and sell IT services and solutions (such as software development, cloud services, IT consulting, etc.).
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain CRM and prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-8 years of experience in B2B IT sales or enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and sales cycles.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (IC role).
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
