Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter Trainee based in Bhopal. The IT Recruiter Trainee will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and identifying technical talent. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve screening candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, assisting in hiring decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Collaboration with hiring managers and an emphasis on delivering a seamless recruitment experience are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and sourcing technical talent
• Knowledge and understanding of hiring best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment processes is a plus
