Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
