IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter at our company located in Amritsar, Punjab, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for IT positions. Your role will involve working in a friendly environment with opportunities for career growth. - Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen candidates" resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and candidate profiles - Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of selected candidates - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus - Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, welcoming freshers to apply.
