Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and on boarding IT professionals across various technologies.

Key responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT positions, with a strong focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Source, screen, and shortlist the candidates through job portals, professional networks.
Evaluate candidates technical and professional skills as per client requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up until closure.

Requirements and Desired skills:

2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on C2H hiring.
Good understanding of IT technologies and skills.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver the best results.
Must have worked for the clients like NTT Data, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte.
