Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with a strong staffing or agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals across various domains and technologies. This role demands a high level of candidate and client engagement, strong networking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: · Source and recruit IT professionals through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) · Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and alignment with client needs · Maintain and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements · Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring goals · Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from candidate engagement to offer negotiation · Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs Required Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter in a staffing agency or consulting firm · Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, architects, project managers) · Proven experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, GitHub, etc. · Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
