Interact with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring priorities. Ensure timely updates and maintain a professional, responsive communication flow.
3. Candidate Management
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for major skill sets. Create trust-based relationships with candidates from first touch to onboarding. Engage candidates to reduce dropouts & negotiation issues during the offer stage.
4. Delivery & Performance
Support multiple requirements simultaneously with a quick turnaround time. Ensure quality submissions and adherence to client expectations. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
