IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition team by being proactive and detail-oriented. This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to 0-1 years of experience who are enthusiastic about starting a career in recruitment. Your main responsibility will be to support sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to connect top tech talent with suitable opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and utilize emerging recruitment tools for continuous improvement. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. - Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate the hiring process. - Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders through multiple channels. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or IT related field. - Fundamental understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement. - Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and demonstrate empathy in candidate interactions.
