Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn , Naukri and other channels for the requirements. • Screen the candidates as per the given requirements of the clients.
• Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates shortlisted by the internal supervisor / client manager.
• Connect with the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on time and if there is a delay keep all the concerned parties informed.
• Submit a daily, weekly and monthly tracker as per the format suggested by the internal supervisor and the external client manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Good Communication skills (Spoken/Written)
• Positive and Energetic.
• Keen learn more about Recruitment.
• Dedicated towards work.
• Shift timings 9am to 6pm IST
