IT Recruiter

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review and evaluate resumes to match skills, experience, and qualifications with client requirements.
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews, provide feedback, and maintain regular communication until closure and keep it touch with the candidate till and post joining.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and final confirmations.
• Keep the candidate database in the ATS updated with accurate and complete information.
• Participate in internal calls to understand requirements and priorities clearly.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for future needs.

Must-Have Qualifications / Skills

• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment for 2–3 years.
• Should have a attitude of working on any requirement.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Ability to screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and market trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills for handling offers and closing positions.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
