About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify the right talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    2–4 years in technical recruitment (IT roles).
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
