About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify the right talent.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
2–4 years in technical recruitment (IT roles).
Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
