About the Role

Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and format high-quality proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses for our clients.
Support senior proposal managers in collecting and organizing content from subject matter experts, project teams, and business leaders.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, standard sections, resumes, and past performance libraries for reusability.
Ensure all proposal content aligns with solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines .
Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen proposal strategy.
Format and organize proposal documents, including resumes, capability statements, and corporate overviews.
Manage version control, ensure timely updates, and adhere to submission deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably with exposure to the
recruitment and staffing domain
.
Strong understanding of
RFP/RFI processes
.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write persuasively and clearly.
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
and
Adobe Acrobat
; familiarity with proposal management tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with IT staffing or technology service-based proposals.

Preferred Location

North India

Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, or Chandigarh.
