IT Project Manager

Rebin Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Project Manager. He/she will be responsible for managing developers and the client and tracking all customer engagement points, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services. You will be focusing on technical aspects of web & mobile projects, and will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in handling IT projects
• Project management skills in web & mobile app development.
• Technical understanding of web & mobile technologies.
• Collaborating & interacting with developers, and Clients to provide great experience to client deliveries.
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Gathering the Requirements from the Client and assigning the task to the Developers.
• Ensuring On-Time / Error-free delivery of projects.
• Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
• Responding to customer queries promptly and effectively via phone and email
• Zeal to learn new industries and their modus operandi.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
