IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing and supporting IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, and ensure timely project delivery. Prior experience working with international clients will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and regular status updates.
• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues.
• Support in resource allocation and task coordination.
• Ensure client expectations and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project tracking/collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working with international clients.
• Basic understanding of IT/software project workflows.
