IT Project Coordinator

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and coordination skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Support Project Managers in preparing project documentation, reports, and communication materials.
• Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on tasks, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and vendors.
• Manage project documentation, change requests, and issue logs.
• Support procurement and onboarding processes for IT tools and services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data protection policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in

• Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or ERP systems is a plus.
