Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate insightful reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the specified standards, and identify any issues affecting project quality.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in project execution.
  • Work closely with HR and other management teams to address overall team performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role is a plus.
