About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Executive to manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive prices, and ensure timely procurement of IT hardware and networking products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, CCTV systems, and networking equipment, along with strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with authorized dealers and distributors of HP, Dell, and Lenovo to obtain competitive price quotes.
• Check and confirm product stock availability with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency.
• Evaluate multiple vendor options to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and pricing lists.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and technical team to understand procurement requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Keep updated on latest IT hardware, CCTV, and networking products and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in the computer hardware and networking industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, CCTV, and networking products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware procurement.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
