Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Networking & System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, availability, and security. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in system administration, network management, troubleshooting, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and system operations.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user permissions.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and backup systems.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is compliant with company security standards and policies.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated IT issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), routing & switching.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and backup solutions.
• Good knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RHCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
