IT Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our biometric attendance system, access control operations, and ensure seamless integration with HRMS, Payroll, and ERP platforms.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor biometric punching & attendance systems
• Handle access control system operations and maintenance
• Guide train branch operation
• Ensure real-time and error-free integration with HRMS, Payroll, and ERP
• Oversee system updates, software patches, and IT upgrades
• Maintain data protection, security policies, and backups
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues quickly
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations for process automation
• Manage IT vendors and guide internal IT team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of biometric devices & access control systems
• Experience in software integration, APIs, and database management
• Working knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Team management & leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
