IT MANAGER

As an Information Systems Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations while ensuring that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. You will also be required to provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management, optimize the hotel's investment in hardware and software, offer effective training and support, and manage all communication networks used internally within the hotel and gateways to external networks. Additionally, you will assist in providing IS-related services to hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards - Maintain uninterrupted service of computer systems and networks within the hotel - Provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management - Optimize the hotel's investment in hardware and software - Offer effective training and support to staff - Manage all communication networks internally within the hotel and gateways to external networks - Assist in providing IS-related services to hotel guests Qualifications: - Ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming - Networking experience would be an advantage - Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager in a large operation with advanced technology - Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.,
