IT inside sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online meetings. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales — all from the comfort of our office .

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through discovery conversations
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve the sales funnel
• Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously
• Comfortable with CRM software and digital sales tools
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
