Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager (Contract Position)

Primary Skills:

What You Will Do:
Infrastructure & System Operations: Manage daily IT operations: servers, networks, databases, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure Monitor performance, capacity, and proactively troubleshoot system issues

Service Delivery & Incident Management:
Lead major incident response, communication, and root cause analysis Track SLAs, KPIs, and ensure high system reliability

Security & Compliance:
Enforce compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and internal policies Support audits and certifications with InfoSec

Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage IT vendors, renewals, and procurement Optimize IT budgets and oversee asset lifecycle

Automation & Improvement:
Automate processes: provisioning, patching, and monitoring Enhance IT support workflows and system resilience

Collaboration:
Work with engineering, product, compliance, and HR teams for infrastructure alignment Support onboarding/offboarding processes

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in IT operations/infrastructure roles 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position Strong experience with hybrid/cloud-native environments Hands-on with Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud tools Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Jira Service Desk Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS compliance standards Experience with automation, patching, monitoring, and security tooling Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Experience with global/distributed teams is a plus
