Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support network infrastructure within IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups.
Design, plan, and implement network transformations and segregations across multiple European business units.
Perform installations, configurations, and migrations of network infrastructure from legacy systems to new platforms.
Ensure network designs meet business requirements in terms of performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Cloud, Server, and Application teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
Document technical implementations and create handover materials (SOPs, runbooks) for regional support teams.
Ensure operational compliance with defined ITIL-based SLAs and support processes.
Participate in rotational shifts and extended hours as required for global support coverage.
Present technical project updates and participate in infrastructure planning meetings.
