Job Description

We are hiring a *highly experienced IT Head* for a renowned Footwear Company** based in **Kolkata The ideal candidate will bring *20+ years of IT leadership experience, strong expertise in **SAP implementation, and exposure to **ZOHOSAP environments*. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive digital transformation and manage complex IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end *SAP implementation and integration* across business functions. * Oversee all IT operations and align technology strategy with business goals. * Manage *ZOHOSAP environment*, ensuring smooth workflow and data accuracy. * Lead internal IT teams and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and system improvements. * Identify and implement digital process improvements for higher efficiency.

Requirements:

* Minimum *20 years* of experience in IT Management and SAP ecosystem. * Proven record in large-scale *ERP implementations* and cross-functional leadership. * Strong technical knowledge, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
