We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support and enjoy field work, this opportunity is for you.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Experience: 1+ Year
Requirement: Male Candidate (Field Work)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform branch visits in Ahmedabad and nearby cities
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, LAN, switches, passbook kiosks, Outlook and printers
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated support requests (maintaining CSAT)
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues
• Monitor and track tickets to meet SLAs
• Enforce IT security policies and compliance requirements
• Conduct physical asset verification activities
• Provide remote support when needed
• Strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills required

Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Saturday (General Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM) – availability on holidays if required
