Job Description – IT Support Executive

Position: IT Support Executive
Location: PEERAGARHI, New Delhi
Salary Range: 10,000 – 18,000
Reports To: IT Manager / Senior IT Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Executive to assist our senior IT team in managing day-to-day technical issues, troubleshooting system problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The candidate should have a basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist senior IT staff in resolving system and application-related problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support in managing user accounts, email configurations, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and maintain logs.
• Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and timely escalation of issues.
• Provide technical support to employees in person, via phone, or remote tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with the IT team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
