Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. System & Network Administration

● Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

● Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.

● Troubleshoot hardware and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.\

● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

2. IT Support & Helpdesk

● Provide first-line technical support to end the employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

● Log, track, and resolve IT service requests in a timely manner

● Assist in the setup and maintenance of video conferencing systems and telecommunication devices.

3. Software & Security Management

● Ensure all systems have updated antivirus and security patches.

● Support software installations, updates, and license management.

● Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including data backup and recovery processes.

● Support the enforcement of cybersecurity policies and assist in periodic audits.

4. Asset & Inventory Management

● Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and accessories.

● Coordinate procurement, repair, and disposal of IT equipment.

5. Coordination & Documentation

● Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and maintenance.

● Maintain documentation for network configurations, support tickets, and IT policies.

● Assist in preparing periodic IT performance and incident reports.

6.Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (for entry-level); 3–5 years for mid-level.

Technical Skills:

○ Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Office 365 suite.

○ Basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).

○ Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup solutions.

○ Understanding of IT security and data protection best practices.

Soft Skills:

○ Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

○ Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

○ CompTIA A+ / Network+

○ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

○ ITIL Foundation Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
