IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Server Room Management:

Monitor and maintain server room infrastructure.

Ensure proper cooling, power supply, and security measures are in place.

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery drills.

CCTV Systems:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.

Ensure video surveillance data is securely stored and accessible.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CCTV hardware and software.

Laptops and Computers:

Deploy, configure, and support laptops and desktop computers.

Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

Firewalls:

Configure and manage firewalls to protect the network from unauthorized access.

Monitor firewall logs and security alerts.

Implement security policies and update firewall rules as needed.

Mobile Phones:

Provision and support company-issued mobile phones.

Ensure mobile devices are secure and comply with company policies.

Assist with mobile device management (MDM) software.

General IT Support:

Provide technical support for all IT-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.

Maintain IT documentation and asset management records.

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of server management and network infrastructure.

· Experience with CCTV systems and video surveillance.

· Proficiency in laptop and desktop computer support.

· Expertise in firewall configuration and network security.

· Knowledge of mobile device management and security.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
