Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leading the planning, development, and execution of internal audits and IT control assessments across areas such as IT governance, operations, infrastructure security, cloud risk, automation, GITCs, application controls, and regulatory compliance.
Reviewing client processes and controls against industry frameworks, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations.
Supporting clients in implementing enhanced processes and controls to mitigate key risks.
Preparing executive summaries and detailed audit reports for senior client stakeholders, and ensuring documentation aligns with internal audit standards.
Facilitating engagement meetings (kick-off, status updates, and closure) and contributing to internal knowledge development initiatives.
Managing and upskilling team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must have 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT/Technology Audit in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or large bank / investment bank / capital markets

• IT Audit (IT General Controls - TOD / TOE), IT Application Controls

• Ability to review code (Java/C++/Python, SQL)

• Retail banking IT audit experience highly preferred (Credit cards / Checking / Savings / Loans etc.)
