Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Systems Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continuous operation and availability of IT systems. You will proactively monitor the systems, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner to maintain seamless functionality. Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff will be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including configuration settings and network diagrams for effective system management. - Install, configure, and test new hardware and software components. - Continuously monitor system activities to control access, ensuring security and compliance. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve compatibility issues. - Maintain and manage test environments to support development and testing activities. - Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and implement security measures to protect IT systems. - Design and execute test cases to validate system functionality. - Ensure thorough testing coverage for all system components to guarantee reliability and efficiency of IT systems. Qualifications Required: - Full-time or Internship position based in Rajajinagar. - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience. - Must be able to commute to the office daily.
