Job Description

You will be responsible for addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. Additionally, you will assist customers in installing applications and computer peripherals, provide IT network and technical services to both internal and external users, and offer guidance to users on resolving issues with step-by-step instructions. Customizing desktop applications according to user and client needs, advising on software and hardware upgrades, and maintaining a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks will also be part of your role. You will escalate unresolved issues to the next level of the support team, ensure the smooth functioning of client systems, create technical reports and manuals, and stay updated on the latest breakthroughs in computing technology by researching reviews.
