IT Admin Exp./Fresher

As an IT Admin, you will play a crucial role in addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. You will assist customers in installing applications and computer peripherals and provide IT networks and technical services to both internal and external users. Your responsibilities will include guiding users through issue resolution, customizing desktop applications, advising on software and hardware upgrades, and maintaining a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will escalate unresolved issues to the next level of the support team and ensure that client systems are functioning properly. You will also be responsible for creating technical reports and manuals, staying updated on computing technology breakthroughs, and researching reviews.
