Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and extend a Swift-based iOS app designed for embedded image input.
Implement and optimize TCP socket communication over Wi-Fi.
Parse incoming grayscale image buffers and feed into a decoding engine.
Collaborate with the firmware team to maintain protocol compatibility.
Support the production process to implement side-marking of physical components for tracking and decoding.
Contribute to UI feedback, overlay design, and user settings for real-time applications.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Swift
and
iOS development
Experience with
SwiftUI
and
UIKit
Familiarity with
CoreGraphics
or other pixel/image manipulation libraries
Networking:
Network.framework
,
Foundation.Stream APIs
, or other TCP tools
Concurrency using
Grand Central Dispatch (GCD)
or
async/await
Optional:
CoreBluetooth

AVFoundation

on-device vision/image recognition

Bonus Skills:

Experience working with embedded camera feeds or real-time signal processing
Exposure to low-level image acquisition systems (e.g., Raspberry Pi, ESP32)
