Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inventory management and supporting daily office operations. As a detail-oriented individual, you will need to be organized, punctual, and have basic computer knowledge to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain stock records and update inventory Excel sheets - Coordinate inward and outward material movement - Conduct physical stock verification and report discrepancies - Raise requisitions for material shortages - Coordinate with vendors and site staff for material delivery - Maintain documentation (invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.) - Assist in daily office operations and data entry - Handle courier, filing, and correspondence - Follow up on emails, calls, and site requirements - Prepare basic reports as required Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of related experience - Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge - Good communication and coordination skills - Time management and multi-tasking ability - Honest and responsible attitude Additional Details: The work location is in Rasayni, Panvel, with the workdays being Wednesday to Monday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Tuesday off. The gender preference for this position is male only. The salary range is between 15k-25k. This is a full-time, permanent job with day shift schedule. Employee benefits include Provident Fund.,
