Inventory Manager

You will oversee a team of inventory or warehouse employees, managing the inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels. Your role will involve evaluating deliveries and product levels to enhance inventory control procedures, as well as analyzing daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee schedules, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations. Communication with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues will be a crucial aspect of your job. You will also develop business relationships with suppliers and clients, proposing strategies to reduce costs and enhance supply chain logistics procedures. Monitoring demand, analyzing data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs, and reporting on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management are key responsibilities. Your duties will include managing the recruitment and training of new inventory employees and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as a flexible schedule, provided food, and leave encashment. The ability to commute or relocate to Wayanad, Kerala, is required, with an employer-provided relocation package preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. You should have a total of 2 years of work experience, including 2 years as an Inventory Manager.
