Inventory Controller

We are looking for a meticulous inventory controller to effectively manage the inventory for our company. As an inventory controller, your responsibilities will include coordinating orders and deliveries, conducting regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecasting supply and demand requirements to maintain consistent stock levels. To excel in this role, you must be highly organized and possess a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management software and practices. A successful inventory controller should have the ability to accurately project inventory needs and demonstrate exceptional logistical skills. Your duties as an inventory controller will involve monitoring inventory levels, replenishing stock as necessary, and establishing and executing inventory control systems and procedures. You will be responsible for engaging with vendors and suppliers to ensure stock quality, managing the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing, and predicting supply and demand requirements to guarantee stock availability. Additionally, tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations, analyzing supply chain data to identify and address issues, and generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analyses, and inventory management systems will be part of your daily tasks. Regular stock checks and prompt reporting of any issues to the supervisor, as well as maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records, are also essential components of this role.
