Required Qualifications

• Masters in Business Administration

Preferred Qualifications

• API integration and development
• Payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Razorpay, etc.)
• Fraud detection and prevention systems integration
• Cash reconciliation automation
• Secure payment processing (PCI DSS compliance)
• International payment processing and multi-currency support
• Troubleshooting and debugging payment flows
• 6-10 years of experience in ecommerce payment systems
• Experience with high-volume, high-availability transactional systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups

Responsibilities

• Integrate and configure payment gateway solutions across multiple ecommerce platforms to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement secure payment workflows tailored to global markets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment gateway issues, minimizing transaction failures and ensuring high system uptime.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of payment integrations, including fraud detection and compliance with PCI DSS standards.
• Monitor and analyze payment transaction data to identify discrepancies and support accurate cash reconciliation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for payment gateway integrations, processes, and best practices.
• Liaise with external payment service providers to stay informed on new features, compliance updates, and integration enhancements.
