Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international customer chats to provide exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO Chat processing or similar industry.
Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
Effective chat handling Skills.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
