Job Description

Your role at Micron Technology involves working closely with multiple subject areas and teams, showcasing a strong background in solid-state physics, semiconductor processing, and characterization. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of device operation in memory systems such as NAND, DRAM, PCM, storage class, and cross-point memories. Your passion for success and ability to independently learn about innovative memory systems will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, being highly motivated with strong data analytical skills and experience in automating data analysis methods is essential. You should be self-motivated and hardworking, demonstrating the ability to find creative solutions to challenges, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Your responsibilities will also include operating and automating semiconductor instrumentation like parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, ATE, and bench systems. Proficiency in various software tools and operating systems such as Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and PJMP/JSL will be required. Qualifications for this role include an MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
