The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of residential design experience, with strong expertise in space planning, construction drawings, FF&E selection, and design execution. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent project management and collaboration skills to ensure that every home we deliver embodies luxury and sophistication.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative interior design concepts aligned with the company’s luxury brand vision.
• Prepare space planning layouts, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity across all stages.
• Oversee the implementation of interior works from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design and execution.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Expertise in space planning, construction drawings, and FF&E specifications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and innovation.
