Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create multimedia content.
Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
Apply adult learning theories and instructional models such as ADDIE or SAM.
Create high-quality visual assets including leadership decks, flyers, and process flow diagrams.
Ensure quality through rigorous testing and QA processes.
Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
Provide regular updates and gather feedback from workstream leads.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, MS Office 365, and multimedia tools for video/audio editing and recording.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
